When I Fall hinge (spacer) first saw (built on a plaster model), was I am shocked. The telescoping poles are reminiscent of the Terminator movies, and one can only poorly , To imagine something more in my mouth. In fact, it is extraordinarily well: No disability when talking, no restrictions in sports. In addition, the Herbst appliance is practically visible from the outside. The only limitation is in the eating. Even if you do not adjust his diet needs, there are some
things that can not chew more easily as good .
However, there were also with me always unpleasant events that have affected the comfort significantly. This includes in particular that a screw

The shelf life was in my case, the vulnerability of the autumn hinge / spacer and has led to significant impairment of the carrying comfort. So broke for me after about 4 months

costs and value for money
The
costs are now exactly in the limits of the treatment and cost plan magnitude. Before I had decided to treatment with the Herbst appliance, I caught up
also a quotation from another orthodontist who wanted to pull a tooth instead of the autumn hinge to create space in my upper jaw. The costs were only marginally effective. By autumn there was no hinge teeth pulling at almost the same cost. Therefore, I forgive for the price-performance ratio, a 1 (very good).
The very good value for money is of course the merit of the
orthodontic practice in Bad Saulgau . As a specialist in the fall of the hinge and thanks to its own laboratory, many services are provided effectively.
